Elected Vice-President Operations of PDAC
Beginning a new role focused on practical systems, continuity and stronger support for the PDAC Executive.
I’m delighted to have been elected Vice-President Operations of PDAC for the 2026–27 term. After serving as a Member-at-Large, I’m looking forward to taking on a larger role in keeping the Executive’s work organized, continuous and effective.
My priorities are practical: introduce responsible AI-assisted workflows into PDAC’s everyday work, collaborate with VP Communications to improve the systems behind the website and social media, and support early preparation for the next collective agreement. I’ll also bring more than five years of office-management experience to the role. My aim is simple—to help the President and Executive spend less time on administration and more time delivering for postdocs.
