Starting as a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Calgary

I joined Jocelyn Poissant’s lab at the University of Calgary in March 2025 as a Guest Postdoctoral Fellow. This October, I’m starting a new position as a Postdoctoral Associate!

Thanks to the generous support of the University of Calgary’s VPR Postdoctoral Excellence Award, I can continue my work in the Poissant lab for the next two years, focusing on inbreeding depression in Sable Island horses.

I’m extremely excited about everything we can uncover using the genomic data accumulated over the last decade!
