refineDLC is now published in Biology Methods and Protocols! Previously shared as a preprint, our open-source Python pipeline helps turn noisy DeepLabCut tracking coordinates into robust, analysis-ready movement data.

This paper is the first published outcome of my externship at the University of Florida. I’m grateful to Samantha A. Brooks for her mentorship and supervision, and to Hadley Rahael for helping with data collection.

This is my first published software, but definitely not the last! The peer-reviewed paper, code and validation dataset are all openly available through the links above.
